MAGHREB EXPLORATION
LIMITED was first registered in the United Kingdom on 8 August, 2005 (Reg. No. 5529945). The main objective of Maghreb Exploration
had been to evaluate exploration opportunities in the countries of the Maghreb, but after award of the Bojador Block in the
Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) in 2007, the company was made a wholly owned subsidiary of Wessex Exploration plc
in 2009, and the SADR assets were assigned to it.
